Section 22(1) in The Jawahar Lal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya Act, 1963
(1)There shall be a Director of Research Services, Director of Extension Services, a Director of Instructions and a Director of Farms who shall be whole time salaried officers of the Vishwa Vidyalaya and appointed by the Kulpati with the prior approval of the Board in accordance with the statutes made in this behalf.]
