Section 55 in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
55. Annual Report.- (1) The Annual report of the University shall be prepared under
the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and shall be submitted to the General Council throughthe Executive Committee at least one month before the meeting at which is to be considered.(2)The General Council shall, after consideration of the Annual Report, forwardit to the Government with such comments as may be deemed necessary and the Governmentshall cause a copy of the report together with its comments to be laid before the LegislativeAssembly.
