Section 70 in Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019
70. Delegation of Powers.
- Any of the powers, duties or functions conferred or imposed or vested with the Competent Authority or Government by any of foregoing rules may be delegated to any Officer under its control or to any Officer of Government or an Agency of Government.
