(ii)Transport of India-made foreign spirits, rectified spirits, denatured spirits and spirituous preparations manufactured at a distillery or bonded warehouse in Nagaland from a distillery or bonded warehouse shall be governed by rules relating to issues from distillery and bonded warehouses.
