147. Setting aside sales of movables.
- Sales of movables, subject to confirmation, may be set aside on the ground of some material irregularity or mistake in publishing or conducting it if a person (on application made within seven days from the date of sale) proves to the satisfaction of the Collector that he has sustained substantial injury by reason thereof.
