13. Powers and functions of the Managing Committee
(1)The Managing Committee shall have control over the appointment of the employees,disciplinary action against the employees and overall administrative control of the affairs of the institution.(2)The Managing Committee shall not conduct the affairs of the institution in such a way which may adversely affect the interest of the institution.
