Section 15(2) in West Bengal Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2007
(2)The clothes worm by the private security guard and Supervisor while on duty shall be such that they do not hamper in his efficient performance. In particular they will neither be too tight nor too loose as to obstruct movement or bending of limbs.
