Section 8(ii) in Rules for the Biju Pattnaik Award for outstanding performance in promotion of Sports and Games
(ii)The Committee shall consist of seven (7) members of independent Juries including the Chairman. One of the Juries shall be a Sports Journalist/Reporter, three be outstanding Ex Sports persons and two be Secretary/President of State Level Sports Associations.
