Section 12 in Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Act, 2012
12. Constitution of Other Committees.
- The Board shall have the power to constitute such other committees as it considers necessary and to delegate to them such of their powers as it deems fit. Such Committees shall consist of members of the Board and of such other persons if any, as the Board in each case deems fit.
