Section 1(3A) in Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982
(3A)It applies also to any other lands situated in such areas as the Government may, by notification, specify, having due regard to,(a)the urbanisable nature of the land, or(b)the usefulness or potential usefulness of such land for commercial, industrial, pisiculture or prawn-culture purposes.
