Section 9(1) in The West Bengal State Council Of Higher Education Act, 1994.
(1)The State Council may appoint officers [other than Member-Secretary] [Words substituted for the words ',other than Secretary,' by W.B. Act 25 of 2007.] and other employees with the previous approval of the Government from time to time in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.
