(2)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of this Section and subject to the provisions of Section 10, the Municipality shall undertake-(a)preparation of plans for improvement under Chapter XXXV, and(b)plans for infrastructure development including water-supply, drainage and sewerage, solid waste management, roads, and transport system accessories.
