(2)Detailed provisions in respect of the following matters concerning benefits enumerated in Rule 277, namely : -(i)nature of benefit;(ii)person to whom benefit shall be payable ;(iii)conditions of eligibility, if any, besides that specified in Rule 277; and(iv)broad guidelines, if any, governing the rate at which benefit shall be paid; shall be as specified in Schedule XIII appended to these Rules.
