Section 1 in Roerich and Devikarani Roerich Estate (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1996
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Roerich and Devikarani Roerich Estate (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1996.(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [Act came into force on 21.11.1996.] as the State government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
