Section 1(2) in Roerich and Devikarani Roerich Estate (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1996
(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [Act came into force on 21.11.1996.] as the State government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
