Section 18(1) in Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Act, 2014
(1)The manager, resident manager and security personnel of a hostel, lodging house and home for women and children shall be provided with identity cards with photographs. The parent or lawful guardian of the inmate shall also be provided with identity cards with photographs.
