Section 18 in Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Act, 2014
18. Identity card to manager, parent, etc.
(1)The manager, resident manager and security personnel of a hostel, lodging house and home for women and children shall be provided with identity cards with photographs. The parent or lawful guardian of the inmate shall also be provided with identity cards with photographs.(2)The name, address and phone numbers of the manager, resident manager and the security personnel shall be displayed at a prominent place in the premises.
