12. Conduct of the business of the Council.
(1)For the purpose of transaction of its business, the Council may make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder.(2)The regulations made under this section may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the time and place of its meetings;(b)the issue of notices of such meetings to the members;(c)the conduct of business at such meetings;(d)the quorum necessary for the transaction of Business; and(e)the appointment of committees to deal with part of business before the Council.
