Section 12(2) in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Act, 2008
(2)The regulations made under this section may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the time and place of its meetings;(b)the issue of notices of such meetings to the members;(c)the conduct of business at such meetings;(d)the quorum necessary for the transaction of Business; and(e)the appointment of committees to deal with part of business before the Council.
