Section 12(1) in Andhra Pradesh Higher Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission Act, 2019
(1)The Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC) will cease to hold office upon the formation of the Commission as specified under Section 3 of this Act; the functions of AFRC will be carried out by the Commission.
