12. Regulations.
(1)The Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC) will cease to hold office upon the formation of the Commission as specified under Section 3 of this Act; the functions of AFRC will be carried out by the Commission.(2)The Commission will also carry out the provisions under Section 32 of the Andhra Pradesh Private Universities (Establishment and Regulations) Act, 2016.Chapter-IV Finance, Accounts and Audit
