Section 16(2) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(2)On conclusion of the election of the Executive Body of a Sports Association, the election officer shall issue a certificate, duly countersigned by the observers giving the names and addresses of the elected members. On issuance of such certificate the elected Executive Body shall take charge of the sports Association. The election officer shall send the copies of such certificate to the Registrar and the Bihar State Sports Council.
