Section 18(1) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(1)The Pro Chancellor is the plenipotentiary of the University and has all powers in regard to the conduct of the affairs of the University in accordance with the provisions of this Act and all unspecified powers shall vest in him which shall be used for more effective implementation of this Act.
