Section 450(a) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(a)The pupil may choose the senior with whom he desires to read, provided that no senior shall have more than four pupils at any time unless for some exceptional reason, approved by the High Court, the District Judge authorises him to have more.
