The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 29.08.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.28970 of 2018 (Pradeep Jain, Manager C/M Jain Inter College and another Vs. State of U.P. and others).
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present contempt application.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn.
