4. Admission by affiliated institutions.
(1)Every person seeking admission to the course in an affiliated institution shall apply to the institution concerned on such form as may be prescribed by the Board before such date as may have been fixed by the institution.(2)All admissions to the course shall close on the 15th August each year but for those students who appear at a supplementary examination the admission shall close on the 15th September each year:Provided that in exceptional cases, the Chairman may under special circumstances, authorise admissions after these dates.
