(2)The prescribed authority may grant or renew licence to establish Farmer-Consumer market on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed. The person to whom a licence has been granted shall develop necessary infrastructure and at such place, producer of agricultural produce himself may, as may be prescribed, sell his produce directly to the consumer:Provided that the consumer shall not purchase in excess of such quantity of commodity at a time in the market as may be prescribed.
