(12)Site Operational and Safety Procedures: (i) The transmission licensee and the user shall ensure that staff is available to take necessary safety precautions and carry out operational duties at the site. Written operating and safety procedures as approved by competent authority shall be made available at each site. The telephone numbers and addresses of the officers of each entity responsible for operation at the connection site shall be furnished to the other entity.(ii)The CEA (Safety) Regulations and CEA (Safety) Standards shall be complied with by all the Users and Transmission Licensees.(iii)Fire Protection Systems shall be provided at the generating stations and sub-stations as per prudent utility practices.
