(b)However, to establish new faculties where additional land would be required as per norms of the concerned regulatory body as University Grant Commission, All India Technical Education Council, National Teacher Education Council etc. the University shall establish a split campus either in adjoining area, or near by within District Haridwar or at any other location within the State.
