Section 2(d) in The Industrial Development Bank Of India General Regulations, 1994
(d)"register "means the register of shareholders kept in one or more books of the Development Bank and includes the register of shareholders kept in computer floppies or diskettes under section 13-B of the Act;(da)"shareholder "means a person whose name is entered in the register of shareholders under the Act, but does not include a depository;
