13. Pro-Vice-Chancellor.
(1)Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University shall be appointed by the State Government on deputation from amongst serving police officers of Rajasthan Police not below the rank of the Inspector General of Police.(2)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
