Section 15(3) in The Bengal Agricultural And Sanitary Improvement Act, 1920
(3)[] [Words and sub-section (3) inserted by Bengal Act 2 of 1932.] Notwithstanding anything contained in the Bengal Local Self-Government Act of 1885, it shall be lawful for a District Board to make any payment referred to in sub-section (2) from the district fund.
