Section 38 in Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018
38. Repeal and Saving.
- Save as provided hereunder, The Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010 (6 of 2010) are hereby repealed. Notwithstanding the repeal of the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010 (6 of 2010), -(a)anything done, or any action taken or purported to have been done under the said regulations shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these regulations;(b)the provisions contained in regulations 2 to 13, 16 to 20, 21 and 22 of the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010 (6 of 2010) shall remain in force until these regulations come into force in their entirety.
