Section 24 in The West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979.
24. Bar to proceedings.
(1)No suit shall lie in any Civil Court against any assessment made or order passed under this Act.(2)No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against any authority under this Act or against any employer for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
