Section 55(ii) in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(ii)Commuted leave, on the grounds of the illness of an officer on production of medical certificate not exceeding half the amount of half pay leave due may be granted, which shall be limited to a maximum of 240 days in whole service.
