He submits that he is not in a position to pay entire amount of compensation in one go and he is ready to make payment of 10,000/- per month for payment of balance amount of 1,26,000/-. Petitioner is permitted to deposit 10,000/- in the Registry of this Court on or before 10th day of every month w.e.f. June, 2022, as he is depositing 10,000/- for this month in the Registry of this court.
