Rejoinder thereto within three weeks thereafter. At this stage, Mr. Basant Pal Thakur, Advocate submits that he alongwith Ms. Devyani Sharma, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4, after receiving instructions on their behalf, but thereafter these respondents are not coming forward for signing Power of Attorney and imparting instructions for filing reply, they are not in a position to represent them.
Respondents No.3 and 4 stand duly served and now it is their duty to make arrangement for their representation. It appears that they are not interested to contest the case. Hence, they are proceeded ex-parte.
List for consideration on 14th March, 2023 before appropriate Division Bench.
