Section 49(1) in The West Bengal Non-Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1949
(1)The [State] [Word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government shall cause to be prepared and kept for sale to landlords at all sub-divisional offices forms of receipts with counterfoils and of statements of account suitable for use under sections 46 and 47.
