Section 49 in The West Bengal Non-Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1949
49. State Government to prepare forms of receipt and account. -
(1)The [State] [Word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government shall cause to be prepared and kept for sale to landlords at all sub-divisional offices forms of receipts with counterfoils and of statements of account suitable for use under sections 46 and 47.(2)The forms may be sold in books with the leaves consecutively numbered or otherwise as the [State] [Word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government thinks fit.
