163. Recovery of free grants as arrear of revenue in case of misuse.
- Any person who has received from the Government a free grant of money for any agricultural purpose, subject to the condition that he shall refund the same on failure to observe any of the conditions of the grant, shall, on failure to observe any such condition and to repay the said sum to the Government, be liable to be proceeded against under the provisions of this Chapter as a revenue defaulter; and all the foregoing provisions of this Chapter shall, so far as may be, be applicable to such person.
