Section 892(3) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(3)He shall make such entry, so far as respects the day and hour of brewing, at least twenty-four hours before he begins to mash any mart or corn or dissolve any sugar, and so far as respects the quantity of malt, corn, sugar, hops and hop substitutes at least two hours before the hour entered for brewing.
