Section 3(1) in The U.P. Recognised Basic Schools (Junior High Schools) (Recruitment And Conditions Of Service Of Teachers) Rules, 1978
(1)It shall be the responsibility of the Management to fill a vacancy in the post of Headmaster or Assistant teacher, as the case may be, of a recognised school by 31st July every year.
