12. Exit option.
- (i) A long-term customer shall not relinquish or transfer his rights and obligations specified in the Bulk Power Transmission Agreement, without prior approval of the Commission.(ii)The relinquishment or transfer of right and obligations by a long-term customer shall be subject to payment of compensation, as may be determined by the Commission.
