Section 9(1) in The U.P. Excise (Prohibition) Subordinate Service Rules, 1978
(1)Technical Supervisor.-Must have passed the Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or any examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto and hold a Cinematography operator permit, issued by the District Magistrate, under Rule 29 of the U.P. Cinematograph Rules, 1951.
