(iv)In case of Boatsmen Co-operative Society who can participate in the auction in respect of areas like water tanks, ponds and from where sand is to be lifted in Boats in place of solvency certificate, a statement of annual audited statement of accounts audited by the Co-operative Department of the preceding year or in its absence, the previous preceding year is sufficient.
