Section 34B in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963
34B. Supervision.
(1)The cost of supervision shall be collected by the Market Committee in the same manner in which the fee levied by it under section 31 is collected.(2)The cost of supervision collected by a Market Committee shall be paid to the State Government in the prescribed manner within a period of fifteen days from the close of the month in which such cost is collected.
