Section 43 in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009

43. Power to make regulations.

(1)The Council may, with the previous approval of the Government, make regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the Rules made under Section 42, to carry out the purposes of this Act.
(2)No regulation or its cancellation or modification shall have effect until the same have been approved by the Government.
(3)The Government may, by notification, rescind any regulation made under this Section and thereupon, the regulation shall cease to have effect.
(4)All regulations made under this Act shall be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and unless they are expressed to come into force on a particular day, shall come into force on the day on which they are so published.The Schedule[See Sections 2(4) and 14(1)]Recognized Agricultural Qualification
