Section 30(1) in The M.P. Nagarpalika Nirvachan Niyam, 1994
(1)Immediately after the expiry of the period within which candidature may be withdrawn under clause (c) of Rule 21, the Returning Officer, shall prepare a list of contesting candidates, that is to say, candidates whose nomination papers have been finally accepted and who have not withdrawn their candidature within the said period.
