Section 15(1) in The 'Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands' Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
(1)The term of the members of the Town Vending Committee, other than the Government officials who shall be members in ex-officio capacity, shall be five years from the date of their election or nomination, as the case may be.
