15. Term of members of Town Vending Committee.
(1)The term of the members of the Town Vending Committee, other than the Government officials who shall be members in ex-officio capacity, shall be five years from the date of their election or nomination, as the case may be.(2)The process of electing or nominating, as the case may be, of the members shall be completed before the expiry of their term.
